A young, professional, musical couple (28f, 34m) with a timid outdoor cat is seeking a female non-smoker to share their spacious, modern home.6 minutes walk from Wollstonecraft station, and 4 minutes walk from Crows Nest shops and buses, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse features polished floorboards throughout, and air conditioning on each of three levels. Three generous living areas include open living room, formal dining room and dedicated music room. The kitchen is large and modern, with granite benchtops and a wide gas stove. All bathrooms are roomy and comfortable, with an utterly enormous tub in the main bathroom! The paved rear courtyard includes a new 4 burner BBQ, extendable timber table and chairs, park bench and covered swing. Your loft style room with built-in is furnished with a single bed, bedside table (with lamp), desk, and chair. Quality linen is provided (cotton sheets, cotton blanket, wool blanket, woollen doona, quilt cover, two pillows, towels, hand towels, bath mat). Broadband internet is available. Two additional rooms will also be available soon (one queen, one single). We are looking for a clean, tidy female non-smoker, who is quiet yet sociable. We want someone who will become part of the household and make this their home.
