No (illicit) drug users, or people with fake personalities or hiding their true selves – trust me it always shows through after 1 week or two
Sounds like a stupid big criteria for housemates but from experience a lot of problems can happen in share houses and in the end it all comes down to open communication and enjoying each others company!!
Located in quiet leafy street, whole house is timber floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 large reno'd bathroom and kitchen, walking distance to stockland mall with aldis and buses close by on old northern road and windsor road, easy access to M2
Also… formal lounge, separate living area and dining, huge fridge & raised deck with some peaceful views
1st room is a double size room @ $170/week and 2nd room is the master with mirrored built ins for $200/week, either rooms can be fully furnished
Most of the appliances are pretty new. There is also heaps of canvas art and paintings and plenty of furniture/ lounges / wardrobes etc… as I seem to know different people who make these things
