It has an upstairs loft style bedroom and downstairs kitchen/living area and bathroom. It is situated on our property, near our house. Off street parking. We would prefer a single mature working person. Pets are negotiable. Party animals are not. $125 pw includes electricity. Two weeks rent required in advance.
