We have a room available for rent in our fantastic
sunny house, with water views in Sandy Bay.
Furniture for the room is also available at very low cost.
We are close to the beach, and it is only a short drive
or bus to the city and the university (bus stop outside).
The house has:

- Dishwasher and Washing machine
- Rent is only $240 per fortnight
- Living with 3 others
