I am a 26 year old professional woman living in Hobart. I have been in the city for just under two years now. My interests include: snorkelling, photography, reading and sailing (when I can). I am a non-smoker and a social drinker. I am by no means anal retentive but I do like to have the shared areas kept relatively tidy :) I am looking for a single professional to share the unit with me as my current housemate will be moving to India in March 2012.
The unit features two bathrooms and a kitchen in near new kitchen and a living room downstairs. The unit features two bedroom unit with a downstairs study. Master bedroom is a large double bedroom with a balcony looking out onto the street. The units also feature an internal courtyard with a pool.
Rent is $270 per week including ADSL2+ Internet and telephone line rental or $260 without. Electricity costs are to be split evenly.
