Share House Accommodation | Victoria | Be realistic in your rental price offer

Anything can be researched, I don't think one needs to be a genius to realize the market value of Houses, Flats etc., for share or rental. People are offering what they think accomodation is worth.As a result, ads will just sit there, and the site, remains stagnant. I see price offers of  $70,   $80, $75 etc. Property in the City, surround & fringe are at a premium, be realistic, otherwise you'll be waiting for a very long time.
