I am looking for a female (either a student/part time employed or full time employed) to share house in a beautiful home in Hoppers Crossing.
The house boasts manicured front and rear gardens, enclosed pergola area, ducted heating, air conditioning, off street parking and plenty of storage in the double garage (should you require it).
A decent sized bedroom with a built in robe, queen size bed (if required), connection for a TV and wall mount (if required, TV not provided). The exclusive use of a private living area/study which also has tv connection, a built in desk and power outlets. And your own bathroom and toilet (as I have the ensuite at the front of the house).
$150.00 per week - which does not include your share of the utilities such as Gas, Water and Electricity
The rest of the shared areas in the house are fully furnished (Kitchen has fridge, dish washer; Dining has table, buffet and Laundry has a washing machine, etc).
The house is off Tarneit Road and close to Hogans Road, which both have Bus Routes and Hoppers Crossing station is a 5 minute drive away.
