Hi there. I need someone to take over my lease which has 6 months left in a 1br apartment in South Yarra area, near the Jam factory, Swinburne Uni Prahran campus and off Chapel st.
The apartment is so great with fully furnished of single bed, tivi, study table, fridge, heater, all utensils, rice cooker, microwave...it has balcony, modern kitchen and bathroom, security door and street parking. So just bring your clothes.
Public transport: many kinds of transport that you can use: Hawskburn station or tram 8 Toorak ab 5mins walk, South Yarra station 15 mins walk, Chapel st tram 78 & 79 just 3 mins walk.
I love this place so much because it is a quiet place to relax but also to entertain with village cinema just 3 mins walk, many restaurants, shops, bars, clubs and chemists in Chapel St. However, I have to move because my sister and my mom will come here next month and 3 people can not fit in there. Thats why I have to break the lease.
The rent is $250 pw or $1083 carlendar month incld water and gas. Bond: $1500. You have to pay for electricity but it's not too much ab $15 pm in the summer and $40 pm in winter (cuz I use heater all day).The bill comes in 3 months period.
Note that the only requirement is YOU MUST BE STUDENT to live here. The apartment is available anytime you need to move in but just give me 1-2 days to move my heap of stuff. :).
