One large room in character-filled house for rent in quiet 3-bed house. The room currently has a brand new double bed, however can be furnished further if required.
The house is close to trams to the city, Box Hill and to Balwyn. It is close to the Yarra river and Victoria Gardens shopping centre, Bridge Rd shops/restaurants and loads of other features in the area.
