I have a medium sized fully furnished room available for a female person aged 25 - 55. The room has TV, DVD, Internet, computer, bed, towels, plenty of cupboard space, a bathroom that is almost totally yours to use, a bedside table, clock radio and phone.
The house is a 12 month old two story. We have a secure lock up garage if you have a car. We are 250m from the nearest bus stop, 5 minutes from the train station, and 5 minutes from either Croydon shopping or Chirnside Park shopping.
I am a single father with two teenage sons. We are all into basketball and movies. We are quiet people, not into raging parties, but we do like to socialise and are quite friendly.
We are into technology, so there are lots of entertainment options and automation in the house.
The rent includes all expenses except personal items you need to buy for yourself. There is very little housework that you will need to do, unless you particularly want to do house work. Really, keeping the room and bathroom tidy is the main task.
We are after someome who is looking for 6 months or more. Though we will consider shorter stays. You will need to have adequate employment to cover your costs, paid preferrably weekly, but we can work all that stuff out at an friendly chat.
You do NOT need to bring any money with you. There is no deposit required or upfront payments until you actually move in.
